Authentrace provides verifiable product authenticity and Digital Product Passport services. This page identifies who operates the service, in which jurisdiction, and how to reach the right team.
Which entity is your counterparty depends on where you contract. If you are unsure, ask legal@authentrace.ai and we will confirm in writing before you sign anything.
| Jurisdiction | Entity | Registration | Registered office | Role |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bangladesh | pending | pending | Dhaka, Bangladesh full address pending |
Pilot operations; first customer onboarding |
| European Union | pending | pending | pending | Intended establishment for EU customers |
Until an EU establishment is registered, Authentrace processes personal data of people in the EU from outside the Union. Article 27 of the GDPR requires a controller in that position to designate a representative in the Union in writing, and to name them here and in the privacy notice.
EU representative: pending designation. Until this line names a firm, EU-facing processing is limited to the pilot described in the privacy notice.

Send security reports to legal@authentrace.ai with “Security report” in the subject. Please give us a reasonable period to remediate before disclosure. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects the privacy of others and does not degrade the service.
If a product's verification page tells you an item may not be genuine, the fastest route is the report button on that page — it carries the tag's context automatically. Otherwise write to support@authentrace.ai.
